Again, the first screen to appear is the selection menu:
As you can see, there are 2 options, reporting by location or by Entity; if you click on the downward arrow against location, you will be presented with the database hierarchy from which to choose:
If you choose HKB Bank and click on "Generate Report" on the toolbar the following report is generated:
This report provides a summary view of each Entity in the portion of the database chosen, in this case HKB Bank; as well as the supplementary data entered regarding the Control Rating for the Entity and who rated it, the report shows:
•For all controls tested, how many were considered to be working Always, Mostly, Sometimes or Never;
•For the Key Controls tested what percentage are considered to be “Never” working.
This latter piece of data is important because, whilst a Control Gap can be outside of agreed parameters the situation is more critical if key controls do not work.
The same report can be produced for one or several Entities; simply select the "Entity" radio button and then put a tick against the Entities you want included in the report.
