13.5 Corporate Processes

 

 

Similar to the corporate Entities concept the Corporate processes allows you to rate the processes within the database based on the control environment of the risks impacting each process. To access the “Corporate Processes” screen click on the Version 6_img715 icon on top of the Corporate Entities screen, this will open the below screen.:

The Corporate Processes screen will highlight the processes that were defined in the system along with the following information with regards to each process:

-Number of sub-processes under each process. To get the details of these sub-process click on the arrow icon next to the process name.

-Number of risks impacting each process

-The distribution of the risks impacting on the processes in accordance with the control environment (A, B, C or D) of these risks.

 

Based on the distribution of the risks control environments you can then rate the process as satisfactory or not for example a process that has to many risks with a C or D environments will not be scored as satisfactory.
