Before this can be used you need to populate the system with the available ratings used by your organization; perhaps you have only two, Acceptable and Unacceptable, perhaps you use Red, Amber, Green or Satisfactory and Unsatisfactory. Whatever your rating system is you need to feed the data into the system. From the Corporate Risks screen click on "Corporate Entities" button on the toolbar at the top of the screen and from there click on 
button to bring up the following screen:
Click on "Add New" button on the toolbar and you will be presented with the data input screen.
Input the first of your ratings and save it by clicking 
icon. Repeat the process until you have all of your ratings in the system.
You can now click on "Corporate Entities" and then "Corporate Risks" to go back to the Corporate Risks screen and the
box, where you can use
the " 
" Edit button on the toolbar and the drop-down menu to show the ratings you have just entered; highlight your selection and click on it, then click on "Save" to save the record.
