Clicking on “Dashboard" in the toolbar at the top of the screen gets you back to the Compliance Monitoring Dashboard. From here, click on 
to get back to the top-level dashboard; then click on “Entity Listing” in the top left-hand corner of the screen to bring up a list of entities in the database. Choose the Entity you wish to prepare reports for and double click on it to open the individual Entity.
In the Entity screen, click on the “Compliance Monitoring” tab on the toolbar at the top of the screen to bring up the Activity Listing screen. If you now click on “Reports” in the toolbar at the top of the screen you will be presented with the following menu:
