12.COMPLIANCE MONITORING MODULE

CARE compliance monitoring module was designed to provide a framework to facilitate the management of each phase within the Compliance Monitoring process. It has many valuable features that allow compliance officers to identify and assess regulatory risks, evaluate their mitigating controls and develop comprehensive compliance monitoring programs.

The module allows for linking risks and controls to numerous regulations and continuously monitor the status of compliance to these regulations. A dashboard screen is available for that purpose. It highlights the level of compliance by all the relevant business units to each regulation.
