The risk numbers are shown on the horizontal axis. Four control environments are shown:
•Target Score – shown in green and represents the environment if all risks were perfectly controlled.
•Working Score – shown in yellow and represents the environment assuming all available controls are working as intended.
•Actual Score – shown in blue and represents the actual environment after testing as some of the controls might not be working as intended.
•Gross Score – shown in red and represents the situation that would pertain if no controls were present for the Business Unit at all.
