This tab allows the user to set up a Diary entry to record any remedial action that might be required to mitigate further instances of an event. Earlier we saw how this was used in the Related Controls tab (See above) to record how an existing control could be made to work more effectively; here we don’t have any controls to improve and so we need to make a recommendation to set one or more new controls up. The operation of the Diary has already been explained in the Risks section.
