The reset password functionality allows the system administrator to approve (through the system) all requests received from users who forgot their passwords.
The user who forgot his/her password can click on the forgot password button available in the login screen.
The system will then send the administrator an email indicating the details of the user who forgot his/her password. The system administrator can then access the Reset Password screen and approve the request through the system. If the request is approved the system will send a random password to the requesting user. Upon logging in using the random password the requesting user will be requested to change his/her password.
