CAREweb™ is able to track all system usage by recording details in an “Audit Log”. details of the system usage can be obtained by clicking on the “Audit Log” heading in the security section; this will generate the below filter screen, which will allow you to produce a report on the system usage based on selected criteria (i.e., actions conducted by a specific user or actions conducted on a particular entity).
If you do not wish to filter on any information and simply wish to see all actions conducted on the system since it was installed, then simply click and the following schedule will appear.
As you can see, though, there is a lot of data and so it is advisable to use the various filter criteria explained earlier. Suppose we wished to see who had edited the Risk Matrix for a particular Business Unit; we use the drop-downs in the “Log Filter” to make our selection:
Click OK and the system will produce the following data:
