This report will highlight two things:
1.The team members who have access rights to a selected Entity and the details of their permission;
2.The individual permissions granted to any, or all, users of the system.
When you click on the heading the following selection screen appears:
With the "Entity Permission" option button selected, you can select the Entity you are interested in from the drop-down menu and then click OK to produce a report of all Users who have access rights to that Entity and the details of their permissions:
If the "User Permission" option button is selected, the system will generate a report based on the selected options (All, Enabled or Disabled users). The drop-down menu will then contain the corresponding users; select the filer you want (All, Enabled, Disabled) and the report produced will show access rights granted to that User (the role granted) to each entity, i.e., Full, Read Only etc.
