The Password History report shows the log of password changes over a given period; clicking on this produces the familiar filter screen:
Example: The report below shows the results when we completed this for the "Admin" user in the demo database and asked for any changes between mid-June 2017 and mid- September 2017:
This shows that two changes were made, both on the 7th of September.
