Next it is necessary to set up details about who can use the system and what data and functions they are allowed access to. This is done through the “User Listing” function; clicking on this tab will bring up the following screen:
To set up a new user click "Add New" in the top left corner of the screen to bring up the following template:
Complete the details requested. The password needs to conform to the criteria set up in the “Password Configuration” step explained later. Since CAREweb™ is multilingual, this screen provides the ability to detail which language the user will be working in. If "Compliance Officer" is selected from the drop-down box in the “User Role" option, the user will have the Compliance Officer role access rights. Click on “Save” to save the changes.
