This functionality allows you to copy risks or controls (depending on your selection) to another entity. Upon accessing the screen, you will be presented with the following screen:
Select the action you would like to take (i.e., transfer risks or controls). Then select the entity you would like to transfer the risks/controls from and select the entity that the system will be copying the risks/controls to. In addition, diaries linked to the transferred risks/controls can be also transferred by checking the Transfer related diaries box. Once you are done with your selection click on next and the system will present you with the following screen:
This screen will list all the risks/controls within the transferring entity. Select the risks/controls you wish to transfer and click on the next button at the bottom of the screen. The system will then present the following confirmation message:
