KRI stands for Key Risk Indicator and one of the major advantages of the CAREweb™ system is that it allows users to design and develop their own KRI's; this process will be described later in the section ‘Setting a New KRI’. Once designed and installed in the system, you will be able to monitor the status of each KRI. This chart summarizes the percentage of KRI's above threshold, the percentage within threshold and the percentage below threshold. As with the other charts, by positioning the cursor over a segment of the chart you can see the percentage figure. It should be noted that this chart only records the situation for KRI's for which data has been collected; so, if, for example, you have set up 40 KRI's across the organization but, for whatever reason, we have never received data for 10 of them, then the chart will only show the relevant percentages for the remaining 30; there are other reports in the system to show where KRI data collection is delinquent. As with the earlier KRI graph, if you require a printed report for a particular segment of the chart, simply put the cursor on that segment and double click.
Note: NU stands for Needs Update
