The fifth option in the Regulation Register screen Menu (on the left-hand side) is the “Replies to Confirmation Requests". The purpose of the feature is to assist the Compliance team in maintaining and tracking all email notifications sent to Business Unit managers with regards to Revisions and Circulars issued by the regulators. The “Replies to Confirmation Requests” screen contains two sections, as follows:
1-Replies to Confirmation Requests – Revisions; contains a list of the emails sent to business units managers requesting them to take action in relation to certain Revisions, and the status of these emails (whether they are pending or the Business Units confirmed taking action and the date of confirmation).
2-Replies to Confirmation Requests – Circulars; contains a list of the emails sent to business units managers requesting them to take action in relation to certain Circulars, and the status of these emails (whether they are pending or the Business Units confirmed taking action and the date of confirmation).
