The screen displays the short description of each activity due to be tested, (for daily activities the activities that are due on the day will be listed, for monthly activities the activities due in upcoming 30 days will be listed; it also shows the “activity status”, usually this is “not started”)

 

From this screen the user can click on any of the listed activities and the system will open a pop-up screen to allow the user to conduct the test and “Save” the results.
