The "Re-Assign User Activities" function works more or less in the same way as "Re-Assign activities" from the Activity screen. The only additional feature is the ability to transfer all activities assigned to a particular user to another user. This is very helpful when an employee is on vacation and it is temporarily required to assign all his/her activities to another member of staff. The screen used to do this is already familiar from the earlier section of this manual:
