From the drop-down list click on “Risk” and you will get the following screen:
If you want to refine your selection, "untick" the boxes in the middle pane for the Entities you don't want to include.
The right pane shows the details of the Compliance Risk entries for each entity selected
As with all of the other similar screens in CAREweb™ this screen can be sorted using the toolbars at the top of the screen. There is a print button in the toolbar at the top of the screen; this prints a Ranked Risk Listing Summary, as follows:
If you wish to explore the details of any particular risk entry, simply click on that risk to get the risk details, as follows:
Filter
The Compliance Risk listing will soon become quite large as more and more data is entered across the organization; what is required is a method for sorting the data and only printing exceptions. This is achieved using the "Filter" button in the toolbar above the right-hand panel; clicking on this brings up the following screen:
The search criteria can be very specific, the user can view the risks impacting a particular asset(s) or sort the risks by their environments, or conduct the search using a combination of some or all of these.
The user can also choose to search, for example, for all risks that have a High Impact, High Probability and C and D Actual environment…etc.
