The third option you will see in the left pane is “Regulatory Revisions". This function allows for tracking all revisions/updates released by each regulatory body.
Select “Regulatory Revisions” to bring up the following screen:
A list of all regulatory revisions/updates entered on the system will appear.
To add a new revision, click on the 
button to go through the steps of defining a new revision:
