The fifth chart in the Dashboard shows the status of all controls (Mandated or otherwise) mitigating Compliance risks, i.e. whether these controls are: Always, Mostly, Sometimes or Never working.
Clicking on each column of the chart will bring up a report showing the details of data relating to this column:
