Linked diaries are diary entries that are of the same type (new control or enhanced control) but are not directly linked to the Risk being displayed; i.e. they were not created in that Risk screen but they do have a bearing on the control environment for that risk. For example, in the screen above, if I had put a Predicted Score against risks 20 and 30 as well, when I open risk 20 or 30, l will see this Diary in the "Related Diaries" tab because it is linked to them although not entered through either of their Risk Screens; as soon as this diary is "Actioned" then a new Control will automatically be created and will mitigate Risk 20 and 30 as well as risk 80.
