4.4.2. Employee

This section is very similar to the Responsibility section discussed earlier; it records details of all employees who might be or have been involved in an Event. Clicking on "Add New" brings up the following screen:

The Employee ID number field is mandatory because many Clients (mainly banks) rely on employee’s number to facilitate the filtering process and to identify the number of events relating to a specific employee.

Enter the employee details and save in the usual way. Note that completing the date of birth field is not mandatory. Additionally, you have the option to import employee data from excel by simply clicking on “Import Employee Data” at the top bar, same as the following:

Click on ‘Download Sample File’ to download an excel file with the correct format that you can now use.

 

 

When installing the system for the first time, and with the assistance of CAREwebsupport, team you will be able to easily import this data from an electronic data file.
