If a significant loss type event occurs, it is usual for an investigation to be launched, this can take some time to conclude. Your organization will have its own lexicon to describe the stage the investigation has reached - underway, concluded but report pending, closed etc. This area is where you detail those various stages; you enter data using the familiar "Add New" button and save in the usual way. The descriptions can be added in both English and Arabic Languages and the system will then read and display the events in the original language chosen to record the event.
