Before starting to profile any function, process or product it is necessary to define the Business Unit itself and some parameters to be used later in the evaluation process. Any of these parameters can be changed at any time. Data capture is by way of an “Entity Screen”; this is found in the Entity Listing section of the system, accessed from the Main Menu:
